Election Law Changes for Iowa Voters

On 10-18-2021, I spoke to the Buchanan County Democratic Central Committee about the recent changes to Iowa’s election laws. Some committee members were startled by the changes and agreed that these laws are meant to make vote-by-mail as inconvenient as possible, i.e., to suppress voter turnout

Members requested more information so I am providing the 10-7-2021 version of the summary prepared by the Iowa Association of County Auditors. Please let me know if you have any questions by commenting on this post.  Posted by Joel Miller – Candidate for Secretary of State
